Casement Windows
A multi-chamber construction helps control noise and heat loss. High levels of weatherproofing and intruder protection keep you safe from the worst of the British climate – and secure in your home. Our modern windows are also extremely tough. They feature high-impact frames with fusion-welded joints and corners. This makes them robust and strong so they will last a lifetime. Special egress or escape hinges, where fitted to the side opening windows, allow them to be opened to a 90 degree angle, providing an exit facility in case of fire. All side openers have the ability to be moved away from the frame providing what we call our “easy clean” feature – meaning you can clean difficult to reach upstairs windows from the inside of the house.
Sliding Sash Windows
The beautiful sculptured frame, bead and Georgian bar of the sash window fully integrates with any other window in our range – so you can mix and match styles throughout your home with confidence. While sash windows are classically traditional, our windows will seamlessly blend with more contemporary ones in your home. Tilt & Turn Windows
Tilt & Turn windows from Holt & Carter Windows are designed to make your life easier – allowing both gradual and secure ventilation, as well as effortless indoor cleaning. Twist the handle once, and the window tilts slightly inwards for a breath of fresh air. Twist the handle again and it turns inwards on side hinges, giving you access to both the internal and external pane of the double glazing and making cleaning simple. They also come fitted with a multi-locking point mechanism that will keep your home secure when locked in the correct manner.
